At DigitalxCowgirl, many of our items are made to order with care. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

  • Retail Orders: Please allow 5 business days for processing.
  • Bulk & Wholesale Orders: Please allow 8–14 business days for processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control, especially during holidays or peak seasons.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
