We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
- In their original condition
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items, custom items, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
